Terms of Service

You agree to use AdForge only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All content you generate and publish via our platform.
• Ensuring that your advertising activities comply with all applicable laws and Meta's advertising policies.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Sportiq ApS. Our trademarks and brand identity may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Creatives generated using our AI tools are subject to the specific usage rights granted by your subscription tier.

By subscribing to AdForge, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen tier. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis via our payment provider Stripe.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Refunds: All payments are non-refundable. We do not provide credits or refunds for partially used subscription periods, except where required by EU consumer protection laws (e.g., the 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the service has not been substantially used).
